The unit is efficeint,(it does an excellent job cooling, I have not tried the heating part yet) It runs very quiet. And the unit was shipped extremely fast. Amazon is the greatest!! I will definitely buy from Amazon again. 6 of 13 people found the following review helpful. frustrated By Nick I hate the unit so far at least. We got our AC unit and installed it in the wall. After we were done we realized the cord was bad. I called Frigidaire and after weaving my way through their menu tree and speaking to 4 associates I was told that I could BUY a replacement cord. My only other option was to take the unit out of the wall, leaving the hole, and return it to Amazon for replacement. I figure that I can BUY a replacement cord locally.
