I remember doing a lot of research when I bought this unit. It's not like you're reviewing with 2 stars. A key point - that has two hoses - O (anyone, as many units out there). It is very good in the evaporation of water needed out of the room (the two tubes, supposedly responsible for efficiency). I still have to empty the tank. The unit comes with a packet of the window containing the tubes in place (the fact that high-strength plastic). To move without major problems - is an animal to move up, but ..... your air conditioner, not a fan. I usually use it to cool a 20x20 room (9 foot ceilings). However, it takes longer than I wanted, but if it's a humid night, the atmosphere becomes a disorder "sleepable" in about an hour. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the remote control gives you options that you can not get from the plate, if you lose the remote, you lose the functionality (it may be a secret group of buttons that you press to obtain function I had not found it yet). Large A / C at catchthestoke I bought this after reading AC 2-star review and I am very happy with it. I live in school dormitories, and the AC does an excellent job cooling my room and I have not seen written by the concerns of other critics. I have a few other friends with Portable A / C units, and this does not work so well. The wheels roll on the dorm room carpet in order, I have this A / C for over a month and still have the water tank is empty, and A / C is my room so cold that I could ever want, and could not get it even colder, if I wished. The best part is the drive --- is the only model / company that has a CA that is on after a power-saver! Here in Los Angeles, many blackouts every summer.
